**About Welldone Health**:
Welldone Health is a forward-thinking healthtech startup revolutionizing patient care through real-time appointment booking and digital EMR systems. We’re simplifying healthcare for patients, doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Now we’re looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to help craft intuitive, beautiful, and functional user experiences across our products.

**Your Role**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and healthcare professionals to bring ideas to life.
- Analyze user behavior and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of UI/UX design experience (healthtech or SaaS a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile product design and UX problem-solving.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centred design principles.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows, especially in medical/clinical interfaces.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹10,128.56 - ₹12,214.44 per month

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
