**Job Overview:
**Dynamic graduates in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent. The engineer will be responsible for I&C Engineering & Design activities including Instrument Index, Wiring, Loop Diagrams, Datasheets, MTOs etc and completing tasks as assigned by the supervisor and assisting other engineers with design, engineering and other activities related to projects. Should be able to follow instructions, but also take initiative and come up with new ideas. Should ensure effective communication. Experience with SPI is required.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Tasks Produces instrument database from P&I diagrams
- Is able to perform calculations for control valves, safety relief valves and orifices
- Is able to prepare instrument specifications/datasheets, especially for field instruments and do the related technical bid evaluations
- Checks supplier drawings
- Wiring & Loop Drawings
- Cable schedules & block diagrams
- Supervising vendor packages
- Effective management of change
- Communication and interface with other engineering disciplines
- Works according to company/project standards, procedures and specifications
- Is familiar with codes and standards for domestic and/or international and generally current on latest scientific and engineering methods
- Possesses a technical knowledge of the detail design engineering process
- Commercial awareness

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Education B.Tech / BE degree - Instrumentation or equivalent
- Required Skills - Good command of English (both verbal and in writing)
- Hands-on experience in EPC project execution in the Oil & Gas contracting industry
- Experience 1-5 years
- Good Communication skills, team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint & word
- Able to deal with resistance, Meet deadlines and is able to handle changing needs and requirements
- Demonstrate understanding of procedures. Actively develop more FEED and EPC knowledge
