**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling and shareable content tailored for each platform, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage and curate content calendars, scheduling posts and monitoring social media channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Execute paid social media campaigns, if necessary, to achieve specific goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
- Experience in developing and executing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
