GWASF Quality Castings is an integrated jobbing steel foundry with machine shop, having established reputation for quality products and services over 35 years. Company caters to domestic and overseas markets for specialized high integrity castings in high alloy steels. We continuously develop new components which are complicated, and we have the capabilities to comply with challenging specifications and test requirements. We manufacture wide ranging finished products for Pump and Valve Industry. We are an ISO-9001:2015 approved foundry and have TUV certification for PED along with DNV/Lloyd's approval for Marine components.

**Must have safety course completed with relevant experience in Safety role.**

Duties include:
1. Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures

2. Conducting risk assessments, monitor CCTV surveillance

3. Inspecting and maintaining safety equipment's & PPE

4. Organizing/Training employees on safety procedures

5. Investigating, reporting accidents and incidents to the management

6. Maintaining safety records and documentation

7. Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, Mock drills, Evacuation systems etc

8. Promoting a safety culture across the factory

9. Conduct safety audits regularly & report/ suggest methods to avoid accidents

10. Attend to accidents/injuries and perform necessary first aid activity

11. Prepare accident report with preventive and corrective actions

12. Conducting Weekly & Monthly meetings

13. Effective participation in 6S activity

14. Monitoring unsafe practises, register & implement violation policy effectively

15. Safety briefing to third party/customers/ new joinees etc
