**Service Technician - Biomedical Equipment**

**Bangalore**

MEDIQ SYSTEMS commenced its business operation in India on August, 2014. MEDIQ SYSTEMS deals primarily in two segments i.e.
- Critical Care Equipments of ICU & OT Equipments
- CSSD Equipments of Autoclave, ETO, Plasma Sterilizer, Ultrasonic Cleaner

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The major responsibilities will be:

- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
- Install, maintain, and repair Equipments.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Train end-users on equipment operation and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare detailed service reports and feedback on day-to-day basis to the management.
- Provides Sales support for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, electronics, electrical, mechanical, or related field
- Proven experience as a field service engineer or Freshers
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude and learning agility
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Customer Place across PAN INDIA.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
