The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing Trade Finance team pertaining to Bank guarantees and Standby LC's **Responsibilities**: - Displaying Client Centric approach - Taking ownership and accountability of tasks - Nil Errors (100% adherence to product & process) - Ensuring Nil Customer complaints - Escalating / Highlighting Problem Incidences - Being a full time back-up for authorizer - Understand & follow the Red Flags identification process - Delivering process improvement ideas and working towards standardization of processes migrated **Qualifications**: - 5-6 years of experience in a related role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize and organize own workload - Excellent customer service skills - Assertive and strong teamwork/interpersonal skills - Multitasking is a must requirement - Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience in India Trade Operations/Services or post graduate (preferably in Finance) with 4 years of experience in India Trade Operations/Services **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
