**Must-Have**

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
- Experience in handling the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Analytical skills to understand client pain points and propose customized solutions.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Indian market.
- Experience in working with mid to large-scale enterprises and startups.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Industry experience in technology, e-learning, SaaS, or any relevant B2B sector.
- Familiarity with consultative selling approaches like SPIN or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Experience in working with international clients or handling cross-border accounts.
- Knowledge of emerging sales tools and strategies to optimize the sales process.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly proficiency in regional Indian languages.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESCore Responsibilities (Vertical - T)**

**Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and lead-generation tools.
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads and schedule meetings to understand their business needs.

**Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Indian B2B market.
- Present solutions and offerings to clients through detailed sales pitches, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue goals.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Market Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights to the marketing and product teams for aligning offerings with market needs.

**Collaborative Responsibilities (Horizontal - T)**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
- Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to improve products/services.
- Contribute to the development of sales tools, collateral, and resources to enhance the sales process.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
