*Job Description:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the packing team to ensure timely and accurate completion of packing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all packing operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of packing materials and supplies.
- Implement and maintain efficient packing procedures and processes to optimize productivity.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate packing staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to packing operations.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the packing process promptly and effectively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
