**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER & VIDEO EDITOR**

**Job Brief**

We seek a talented, motivated Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to collaborate with our creative team. You will develop visual concepts, coordinate images with copywriters and art directors, and create visual assets to be used in campaigns, websites, and printed materials. This role requires a highly creative and imaginative individual who can operate within the framework of our style and brand guidelines to produce original, provocative, and engaging visual content.

Adobe Suite and related design software, and can perfectly translate a director's idea into a beautifully crafted film or video piece, worthy of broadcasting.

**Job Title**:Creative Manager - Content

**Responsibilities**
- Engage directly with creative directors and managers during project briefs to ensure a unified, client-centered approach to visual solutions
- Working within brand and style guidelines, deliver novel visual solutions that support larger campaign goals
- Make recommendations on updating style guidelines where appropriate
- Create specialised assets for use on social media, out-of-home installations, or wherever necessary
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
- Inserting dialogue, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
- Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting.

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience as a graphic designer & video editor.
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Canva, Adobe After Effects,

Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier.
- Experience with creating engaging and creative Instagram Reels.
- Creative and artistic skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.
- Portfolio of completed film productions.
- Ability to work on a tight schedule.
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in designing & online marketing.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- J P Nagar 6th Phase, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
