**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Location**: Archana Complex JC Rd, Doddamavalli, Sudhama Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** with at least **1 year of experience** to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and more. You will collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Design print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and banners.
- Develop branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, and promotional graphics.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the overall campaign goals.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to ensure designs meet client and stakeholder expectations.
- **Visual Consistency**:

- Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Update existing design templates and assets to keep them fresh and relevant.
- **Creative Input**:

- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging design technologies to bring new ideas to the team.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to improve visual communications and enhance user engagement.
- **File Management**:

- Maintain organized files for easy access and future reference.
- Prepare final designs for print or digital distribution, ensuring they meet technical requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of web design (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
