**Job requirements-**
- Graduate & Undergraduate
- Prior customer service experience in Voice process of 0 to 3yrs
- **Should be comfortable with Night Shift (Flexible with 24 / 7 & Rotational Shifts and Rotational off)**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient reading skills**:

- Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- Typing Speed 30 WPM 90 Accuracy.
- **It is work from office opportunity.**

**Job responsibility**:

- Demonstrate ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of Customer queries on Calls.
- To provide quality customer assistance and support to bring resolution of escalated customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner
- Work and partner with others: Within a team-based environment
- Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
