Job Title: SEO & Paid Ads Executive
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and
organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking
structure.
- Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly blogs and
articles.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console,
SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google, preferably
for real estate projects.
- Develop targeted ad strategies for real estate campaigns, focusing on lead generation
and conversion optimization.
- Conduct audience segmentation and A/B testing to refine ad performance for real estate
projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of real estate paid campaigns, making
data-driven adjustments.
- Coordinate with real estate marketing teams to align ad campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO (on-page & off-page) with a strong portfolio of
successful projects.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs,
and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, and HTML/CSS basics.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid ads on Facebook and Google, preferably
for real estate.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and conversion tracking for real estate
campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to write and optimize content for SEO purposes.
- Gaming industry experience is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
