Job Description: Research Coordinator

Location: ISBR Business School

Position Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Research Coordinator will play a pivotal role in fostering a research-driven culture at ISBR Business School by managing, supporting, and promoting research initiatives. This role involves coordinating academic and industry research projects, mentoring faculty and students in research activities, and ensuring compliance with institutional and ethical research standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research Planning and Support:

- Assist in developing the institution's research agenda in alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide guidance to faculty and students in designing, implementing, and managing research projects.

2. Coordination and Collaboration:

- Coordinate interdisciplinary research initiatives and foster collaboration between departments.
- Establish partnerships with external academic institutions, industries, and funding organizations for research projects.

3. Grant Management and Funding:

- Identify funding opportunities and support faculty in preparing research grant proposals.
- Manage budgets and resources for approved research projects.

4. Research Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure research activities adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the documentation of research outcomes, including publications, reports, and presentations.

5. Workshops and Seminars:

- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to build research skills among faculty and students.
- Facilitate the dissemination of research findings through conferences and publications.

6. Publication Support:

- Provide support for manuscript preparation, journal submissions, and publication processes.
- Maintain a repository of research outputs for institutional records and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, with a strong research background.
- Experience:Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in academic research coordination or similar roles.
- Skills:

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in research tools, data analysis software, and academic writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
