I) You will be entrusted with Trading in Capital and Derivatives markets.

ii) Your profile will cover the job of Monitoring, study the market behavior and to take measures and control by guiding, keeping a check at dealers in the team so that the interests of the company are safeguarded.

iii) You will also be engaged in suggesting strategies, especially for a volatile market in order to generate business and gains there from.

iv) You will also be responsible to keep a check and control on outstanding contracts at the day end so as to minimize the risk of loss by carrying over the trades to next day and effective use of working capital.

v) You will be responsible to set the monetary limits and trade limits at user level and exercise control at individual levels.

vi) You will ensure the implementation of Risk Management Policy of the company in force in order to safeguard the company from unwarranted loss.

vii) You will also help, support and guide to come out from a position which may result into a loss.

viii) Also, under the prevailing market scenario you will play a key role in suggesting the short term investment and trading plans.

ix) You will provide training through workshops or on one to one basis to the fellow traders and the dealers in the organization.

x) You will chalk out new strategies, plans or algorithm for trading in the prevailing market conditions and conduct classes and training programs for staff operating with the help of Programs to inculcate all know how and reveal the associated risk factors so as to receive the better results of performance in terms of profit and gains.

xi) You will perform the Services with the highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity.

xii) You will not assign the job or subcontract the same to any other person without the consent of the management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
