Title: Marketing Executive

Overview: The marketing executive will be responsible for aligning the company's products i.e. Solar Modules to potential clients requirement through in-person meetings and phone calls. As the com

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients
- Make outbound calls and schedule in-person meetings with potential clients to promote the company's products and services
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel

Preferred:

- Knowledge in field marketing or sales
- Experience - 2+ years in field of sales and marketing
- Knowledge with customer relationship management software

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Retention bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alwar, Alwar - 301001, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
