Job Title: Senior Executive

This role is responsible for overseeing operational aspects of brand and marketing.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our growing marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the brand's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:Exhibitions & Trade Shows
  • Manage all administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with teams to gather product, branding, and technical information.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, booth displays, and samples to event locations.
  • Track leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate and timely upload to sales teams.
Social Media Coordination
  • Liaise between the company and external social media agency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and product information.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content to maintain brand consistency.
Marketing Budget & Finance
  • Monitor marketing expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with finance team for processing invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness.
Sales Collateral Management
  • Drive creation, review, and distribution of brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
  • Coordinate with design agencies, internal teams, and printers for timely execution.
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date marketing assets for sales teams.
Vendor Management
  • Evaluate vendors in key markets for printing, branding, gifting, and events.
  • Negotiate terms and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Maintain database of approved vendors with rate cards and service histories.
Brand Identity Implementation
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand identity across all touchpoints and materials.
  • Review physical and digital branding at office premises, packaging, events, and collateral.
  • Audit and improve brand consistency with marketing leadership.
Merchandise & Gifting
  • Execute branded merchandise such as T-shirts, diaries, calendars, gifting items, labels, and packaging materials.
  • Liaise with creative, sourcing, and procurement teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
Lead Monitoring & Coordination
  • Monitor incoming enquiries generated through social media, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Accurately record and coordinate follow-up with relevant sales teams.
