Caretaker (Warden)

**Student responsibilities**

1. Maintain inmate records.

2. Maintain illness and immunization records.

3. Maintain records on disciplinary actions.

4. Issuing gate pass to students signed by the approval by Principal.

5. Transfer sick students to the hospital.

6. Ensure all students leave the hostel on time for classes and report to the superior on students who remain in the hostel.

7. Communicate with deputy warden for any improvements.

8. Take rounds at 10:30 pm everyday to ensure that all inmates are present.

9. Actively ensure safety and well being of all students at all times.

**Hostel management**

1. Ensure housekeeping is done well.

2. Ensure fire regulations are met for the hostel building.

3. Monitor the security personal allocated for the hostel.

4. Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off when rooms are empty.

5. Maintain the recreation rooms and its equipments.

6. Maintain hostel prepare clean and maintenance room

7. Record all complaints and sort maintenance issues _(electrical, plumbing, water supply, carpentry & Ect...)._

8. Maintain inventory of furniture and keys namely cupboards, rooms & etc.).

9. Maintain and update the notice boards.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
