**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**General Description**:
Will be a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and passion for good design. The designer will work with multi-disciplinary teams, which will involve observing, listening, researching and brainstorming. The designer will experience the innovation process of projects in many different mediums, and it is the designer’s role to communicate ideas in the form of presentations, web media, print media and prototypes. Ideas will be communicated clearly and effectively, verbally and visually, internally as well as externally with attention to detail. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

**Job roles & responsibility**:
1. Ability to create high quality designs for multiple pieces per projects.

2. Demonstrate the ability to lead a project from conception to print.

3. Ability to create high quality designs for mail-out pieces.

4. Ability to create high quality designs.

5. Discuss with supervisor in developing materials for projects.

6. Discuss with supervisor concerning designs for print media.

7. Demonstrate a strong background in various media outlets.

8. Manage brand consistency

9. Translate strategic objectives into design elements

10. Working knowledge of composition, components and concepts.

11. Ability to generate new and original ideas within the parameters of stated objectives

12. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

14. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OS and production skills.

15. All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications - Any Graduate

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
**Required** - Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet strict deadlines. **Required** - Ability to work well with all levels of staff and the general public **Required** - Must possess good customer service skills. **Required** - Must have a working knowledge of and MAC operating systems, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Suites and Avid/Final Cut Pro software.

**Education**:
*Bachelors **Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or related field

**Education Note**:
**Experience**: (1) year of experience working in a creative atmosphere
- Experience working with printing presses is preferred
- Must be able to produce a recent portfolio.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
