**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach new customers to generate sales.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Promote and demonstrate company products to retailers, distributors, and end customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
- Expand product visibility in the market through effective merchandising.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good knowledge of the FMCG/retail market.
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales (FMCG/retail experience is an added advantage).
