**Job Description: Server Room Operator (Night Shift - Fresher)**

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

**Experience**: Fresher

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain server room operations during night shifts.
- Ensure all servers, networks, and hardware are functioning properly.
- Perform regular system health checks and report any issues.
- Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Maintain logs of system performance, downtime, and any maintenance activities.
- Follow security protocols and ensure data protection measures are in place.
- Coordinate with the IT team for escalations and issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of server operations and networking concepts.
- Willingness to work night shifts (12-hour shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow protocols and work independently.
