Job Position **:Tool Room Supervisor**

Department : Tool Room
Number of Positions : 1
Education : Dip. Tool & Die Maker / Mechanical (Three Year Course)
Working Location : Moraiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Relevant Experience : 2/3+ Years (Development / Maintenance of tool & Die)
Age :21 years to 45 Years
Monthly CTC Salary : 20,000 to 28,000

Reporting to : Plant In-charge

Language knowledge : Hindi, English

**Purpose**

As part of the Zeeta Electrical Engineering Pvt. Ltd team, the Manager of Tool Room is responsible for new part (Prograssive Tool & Die) development, tool try out which include draw radius polishing, maintaining tangency, diamond polishing as per problem faced in tool try out independently. Able to find out problem in press tool like forming, piercing, blanking drawing, deep drawing; tube hydro forming tools and fixtures. Responsible for production as per production plan.

**Other Capabilities**
- Should have experience in develop & maintain the progressive and compound dies.
- Should have instrument using knowledge of Conductivity meter, Viker Hardness, Rockwell Hardness,, Height Gauge, Radius Gauge, Varnier, Micrometer.
- Should have machine knowledge of Power Press, Hydraulic Press, Cutting M/C, Hand Press,, Drill M/C, Thada M/C, Lath & Milling.
- Should have experience in develop & maintenance of progressive, compound and dies.
- Knowledge of VMC (Fanuc controller) programming and Wire-cut machine will be added advantage.
- Proven track record of capability of die production within time as per Lugs dispatch plan.
- Capacity to improve the current tool & Die with the help of Lean tools like Root Cause analysis, CAPA and Defect management.
- Should be able to give training to trainees on tool tryout, trail problem solving, press operation and increase the Skill matrix.
- Experience of manage more than 3000 dies and consumable record (Raw Material) and keep the stock of minimum requirement.
- Knowledge of working with dies of press operations like as:

- draw, trim, flanging, piercing, cam piercing etc...
- Capable to solve the problems of wrinkle, crack, scoring on draw dies
- Capable to solve the problems of burr, scrap jam and scrap not cutting of trim dies.
- Capable to solve the problems of flange scoring in flanging die, hole pulling, burr on hole in piercing die, Press spotting of blocks, matching of trim lines of blocks etc.
- Experience of managing Team of 15 and improve the productivity by training as well as mentoring.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
