We are looking for a motivated **Sales & Marketing Executive** who can actively go into the market, identify potential customers or clients, and bring business to the company. The role involves fieldwork, meeting clients face-to-face, and converting leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Go into the market to find new customers and business opportunities
- Visit shops, offices, industries, or potential clients and pitch products/services
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)

**Job Type**: Full-time **Location**: [City/Area Name] - Field Work

**Timing**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
- **Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- **Skills Required**:

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only
