**Job Summary**:
NVICO seeks to hire (1-3 positions) who will assist the sustainable virtual team in carrying out research in energy, including but not limited to carrying out techno design analysis. In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined below, should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional responsibilities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Carry out content design analyses of various technology in the energy domain
- Draft content for all creatures across different projects
- Involve in extensive data collection, and interact with professionals from the sector
- Carry out the relevant content review and summarize findings as reports
- Assist creative team for the organization of relevant events (whenever needed)

**Shortlisting Criteria**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialization in Literature (English, Tamil, HIndi)/ Journalism or related field
- A fair interest in the renewable energy sector

**Key Skills**:

- Research on industry-related topics
- Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
- Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
- Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
- Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content
- Analyse web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
