**Reporting To: AGM-Stores**

**Role Purpose**

To manage end-to-end stores operations including material receipt, storage, issue, record maintenance, inventory control, and coordination with production, procurement & logistics to ensure smooth material flow and accurate stock management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day receipt and issue of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records & perform GRN preparation in SAP system.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve variances.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, and preservation as per safety & quality standards.
- Plan and monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with purchase team for timely material planning and replenishment.
- Ensure dispatch planning & packaging as per customer schedule.
- Maintain store layout, FIFO/FEFO system, and 5S compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation as per Audit & ISO standards.
- Manage inward & outward logistics and follow up with transporters for delivery schedules.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock & consumption reports.
- Implement safety practices and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of store management & inventory control processes.
- Hands-on experience with **ERP / SAP** systems.
- Good understanding of material handling equipment (MHE).
- Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO & ISO documentation preferred.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

**Qualification**
- Any Graduate

**Preferred Industry Background**
- Manufacturing / Engineering / Fire Protection Equipment / Industrial Products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
