About the Project PureDairy is developing a technically managed dairy farm at Kandari Gat No 410 1 2 410 1 3 designed by Dairy Consultancy India The facility includes milking sheds heifer and dry animal sheds BMC and milk rooms fodder stores drainage systems and staff quarters all tailored for optimal animal welfare hygiene and operational efficiency Along with this flagship dairy farm project PureDairy is also executing other civil developments including a new commercial showroom project and supporting infrastructure works under the Amara Farms expansion initiative Role Overview We are looking for a qualified Civil Structural Engineer to join our growing in-house team on a permanent basis The role involves overseeing design interpretation civil execution and coordination across multiple projects You will ensure that foundations RCC works trusses and drainage structures are built to the highest standards of quality and functionality Key Responsibilities Prepare review and execute structural and civil drawings AutoCAD STAAD or equivalent Plan and monitor civil construction activities for dairy sheds and related buildings Validate foundation column and truss designs considering black cotton soil conditions Coordinate with consultants contractors and site supervisors to ensure timely completion Prepare BOQs verify quantities and track materials used on site Conduct site inspections maintain reports and resolve RFIs and technical clarifications Ensure all works meet safety quality and MSEB local regulatory standards Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Master s preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in agri industrial or commercial construction Proficiency in AutoCAD knowledge of STAAD or equivalent structural software preferred Strong understanding of drainage design RCC work and prefabricated truss systems Familiarity with Jalgaon s soil and climatic conditions is an advantage Excellent coordination and communication skills with attention to detail Employment Type Permanent Full-Time Job Type Permanent Pay From 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 11 2025
