- Respond to followers’ comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist with running paid ad campaigns and boosting content as needed.
- Work with influencers or content creators where applicable.
- Support live coverage of events, launches, or campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends.
- Experience using social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and detail
- Experience in influencer outreach or UGC campaigns
