- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with hospitality industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 to 2 Years of Proven experience as a Barista or Brew Master in a coffee-focused establishment.

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Brewing**: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons to understand preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
- **Menu Innovation**: Contribute to the development of new and innovative coffee and beverage recipes, staying current with industry trends.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies to avoid shortages.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain strict quality control standards for all beverages served, including taste, presentation, and temperature.
- **Training**: Train and mentor other baristas on brewing techniques, customer service, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- **Customer Education**: Share knowledge about different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles with customers.

**Requirements**:
