We are looking for an enthusiastic representative for closing sales deals over the phone and maintain good customer relationships. Handling inbound calls and explain about the product description to the clients.

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company brand.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Qualification and Skillset**:

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

**Preference**:

- Fluent speaking in Hindi is an added advantage
- Experience and interest in the service sector is an added advantage

**Experience**:

- Customer care : 1year(preferred)
- Freshers are most preferable
