**Experience**:2-3 years in SEO (preferably in the IT industry). Experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
**Work Arrangement**:On-site (Work from Office)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve site performance and UX
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques
- Optimize meta tags, content, headers, images, and internal links
- Track keyword rankings and improve organic traffic
- Support digital marketing tasks like social media management and content distribution
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends

**Required Skills**:

- 2-3 years of SEO experience, preferably in the IT/tech sector
- Strong understanding of SEO tools and Google algorithm updates
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Good communication, reporting, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

**Bonus Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with SEO during website launches
- Exposure to B2B software product or IT services websites

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing
