**Role Description**

Key purpose of the role is to ensure smooth execution of Logistics & Supply Chain operations for R&D operations of Atotech India business, including Import, Domestic and Export activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders, Intercompany, external Freight forwarders, Custom Housing Agents, & Vendor / Suppliers.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Work closely with all Stakeholders to plan and control that all internal customer requests and needs are fulfilled.
- Setting up supply chain activity sequence to ensure resources and materials are available to fulfil R&D operational needs
- Ensure integrity of raw material; ensuring that raw materials, once available, will be organized and dispatched according to business needs
- Managing logistics function, negotiation with forwarders / transporters & CHA for cost effective & Safe movement of materials.
- Interaction with regulatory authorities for obtaining approvals & clearance and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations i.e. Dual Use NOC, Drug controller, SVB etc.
- Handle Licenses & Customs & DGFT related transactions
- Coordinate for end outcomes by collaborating with internal stakeholder functions of Atotech
- Ensure the Quality & Compliance systems in Logistics
- Monitoring Expenses, Provisions, adequate approval for shipment movement, Customs clearances, EPCG, EPCG installations & Logistics issues
- Create database of EXIM consignments, statutory, supply chain tracking & monthly MIS
- Liaise with Special Valuation Branch (SVB) authority on intercompany transactions

**What will you bring to the team**
- Engineering / Masters in Science in Chemical with additional Professional Qualification in Supply Chain & Logistics
- Experience of 8 - 12 years on a range of Supply Chain and Logistics in an international manufacturing setup / Internal Business company.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Understanding of documentation i.e., COA, MSDS, COO etc.
- Knowledge in handling customs authorities, consignments against EPCG & SVB
- Handling of DG cargo & critical shipments (volatility, temp sensitive, etc.)
- Capability to handle statutory authorities & filing returns
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP
