**Role Description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers by understanding their property needs and preferences.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the management.
- **Property Presentation**: Conduct property site visits and present the features, specifications, and benefits of our high-rise projects.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to offer competitive solutions.
- **Lead Conversion**: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales effectively.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, agreements, and formalities related to property sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and campaigns.
- **Customer Service**: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
**Key Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales with a focus on high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects and specifications of high-rise buildings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
