
Data Entry Clerk/administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets.
Review and verify data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries or requests in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in generating reports, summarizing data, and communicating findings as needed.
Maintain data security and confidentiality according to company policies.
Help with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills and Competencies:
Fast typing skills and accuracy in data entry.
Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Data Entry: Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in systems or databases. This could include entering customer information, processing orders, or organizing records. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Telephonic Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls. This could involve speaking with customers, clients, or colleagues to address issues, provide information, or follow up on requests.
Skills typically required:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and possibly specialized databases or CRM systems
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
