**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Management**:
- Accurately enter and maintain student, staff, and all school-related data in the school's management system.
- **Expertise in UDISE+ (Unified District Information System for Education Plus) portal operations is essential.**:
- **Extensive experience with CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) related portals and documentation (e.g., affiliation, examination forms, registration) is required.**:
- **Familiarity with CRC (Cluster Resource Centre) data entry and submission processes is necessary.**:
- Assist in generating various reports as required by school management or educational authorities.
**Record Keeping and Filing**:
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital records, files, and important documents in a systematic and easily retrievable manner.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
**Office Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to various school departments as needed.
**Fee and Account Assistance**:
- Assist in the processing of fees, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and reconciling basic administrative accounts under supervision.
**Coordination**:
- Liaise effectively with parents and staff to address administrative queries and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate with external agencies or government departments as per instructions from superiors.
**Adherence to Policies**:
- Adhere to all school policies, administrative procedures, and guidelines, especially concerning data privacy, official communication, and conduct.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:Graduation** from a recognized university (essential).
- **Computer Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and school-specific data management software.
**Experience**:
- Minimum **2 years of work experience as a Junior Clerk or Clerk**, specifically in a **CBSE school setting.**:
- **Proven, hands-on experience with UDISE+, CBSE portals, and CRC data entry/management is mandatory.**
**Skills and Competencies**:
- **Exceptional organizational skills** and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong **data entry and management skills** with a high degree of accuracy.
- **Demonstrated proficiency in operating relevant government and CBSE education portals.**:
- Excellent written and verbal **communication skills** in English and Gujarati.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude in administrative duties.
**Salary**:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and will be competitive within the Surat market.
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
