Job Description:
Do you have strong attention to detail and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment? We want to talk to you Poshmark is looking for a Chargebacks Associate who will be primarily responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving disputes effectively based on the information available. A Chargeback Associate will review disputes to determine the risk involved with the transactions with the goal of preventing chargeback losses. This person will help evolve our processes & assist in developing scalable solutions to chargeback prevention, trends & activities.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively review, analyse and resolve disputes- Investigate and monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent behaviors and patterns- Provide an in-depth analysis of chargebacks in order to help us evaluate the risk involved- Identify tactics that can prevent and reduce claims- Support any new initiatives- Evaluate and help identify potential issues that may impact workflow- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement prevention measures- Interact with the Poshmark community about sensitive issues in a very professional manner

6-Month Accomplishments:
- Familiar with various Chargebacks processes and procedures- Monitor, investigate, and resolve disputes effectively- Analyze situations, issues and emerging risks- Proactively communicate the identified trends, patterns and risks with peers

12+ Month Accomplishments:
- Complete and exceed all 6-month responsibilities- Become a chargeback specialist- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes in workflow- Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently-
- Forecast chargeback liability based on the metrics- Work on a few ongoing projects at a time

Desired Skills:
- Minimum 0-1 year’s experience in the dispute process. Fresher’s can apply- Excellent verbal & written communication skills- Highly motivated, team and customer focused mindset- Strong management, analytical and problem solving skills- Detail Oriented
- Exercise extreme attention to detail; be accurate, organized and productive- Good Judgment - Exercise critical thinking, analyzeand take ownership of outcome- Ability to make critical decisions based on limited information- Passionate about community & helping our users- Collaborative personality
