We recognize that our ability to attract and retain the best and brightest Delhi has to offer is critical to realizing our objectives. - In search of an experienced professional (>2 years) to join our team and take lead in conceiving and executing all our visual design requirements. You will be responsible for refining our website's UI/UX, in-house design and creation of all static visual, GIFs, and animation content for publication on our website, and execution of video content for our Youtube channel. A keen sense of aesthetics and high proficiency in all aspects of web and visual design is required. Preferred Skill-set: - Adept at Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro: Must have worked in all areas of graphic design, branding, typography, creative communications, infographics, etc. - Experience in video editing, sound overlay, and animation. - Understanding requirements and creating seamless and clean interfaces. Should be aware and proficient with respect to best practices in UI/UX. - Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design. Understanding or keen to learn different design protocols - Information Architecture, Usability, Cognitive Ergonomics, Color Theory, Typography etc. This is a unique role in an early stage company with complete ownership and leeway to build a great proposition.
