**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage daily order dispatches and maintain stock accuracy. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries to customers. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to keep things running efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and dispatch daily customer orders accurately and on time
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels and stock movements
- Perform regular stock checks and coordinate reorders when needed
- Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and handling of all outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and delivery tracking
- Assist with incoming stock receipt, quality checks, and storage
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods promptly
- Keep the dispatch area clean, organized, and system-ready

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in inventory or logistics is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or inventory software
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina for handling stock when needed
