**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**- **Root cause analysis of issues based on logs/traces.
- Identification of duplicate tickets based on root cause analysis.
- Identifying and assigning severity and priority of defects.
- Check for quality of the reported defects.
- Analyzing and identifying correct domain of the raised defects.
- Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining triaging documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and automation engineers to understand and clarify the reported defects.
- Perform tests for functional/non-functional requirements (if needed).

**PRIMARY SKILLS**:
- Excellent in Infotainment system defect analysis and triaging
- Excellent in **trace or log analysis (DLT/CAN/Ethernet logs etc.).**:

- Knowledge on automotive tools like **DLT Viewer, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, DTS Monaco **etc.
- Strong in Automotive Infotainment system testing for different OEMs, regions and languages.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like **SOME-IP, SOME-IP SD, CAN, Flexray, MOST, Ethernet diagnostics UDP, UDS ISO-14229 etc **.
- Excellent communication skills.
