**Responsibilities**:
**- **Root cause analysis of issues based on logs/traces.**
- **Identification of duplicate tickets based on root cause analysis.**:

- **Identifying and assigning severity and priority of defects.**:

- **Check for quality of the reported defects.**:

- **Analyzing and identifying correct domain of the raised defects.**:

- **Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining triaging documentation.**:

- **Collaborate with developers, testers and automation engineers to understand and clarify the reported defects.**:

- **Perform tests for functional/non-functional requirements (if needed).**

**Mandatory Skills**:
**- **Excellent in Infotainment system defect analysis and triaging**
- **Excellent in trace or log analysis (DLT/CAN/Ethernet logs etc.).**:

- **Knowledge on automotive tools like DLT Viewer, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, DTS Monaco etc.**:

- **Strong in Automotive Infotainment system testing for different OEMs, regions and languages.**:

- **Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like SOME-IP, SOME-IP SD, CAN, Flexray, MOST, Ethernet diagnostics UDP, UDS ISO-14229 etc.**:

- **Excellent communication skills.
