**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct live, interactive online sessions on **piping design fundamentals**, layout, and system components.
- Teach key concepts such as **pipe sizing**, **pressure drop calculations**, **piping material specifications**, **valve selection**, and **support design**.
- Develop and update training content, including **lesson plans**, **practical exercises**, and **assessments**.
- Guide learners through **project-based assignments** using real-world case studies and industry drawings.
- Deliver training on industry-standard software tools including:

- **AutoCAD Plant 3D**:

- **CAESAR II**

(for pipe stress analysis)**SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)AVEVA E3D Design (E3D)**
- Provide **constructive feedback** to students and track their progress throughout the course.
- Stay updated with the **latest industry standards and trends** in piping and process engineering.
- Collaborate with the **curriculum development team** to ensure content quality and alignment with industry requirements.**Requirements**:
**Bachelor's Degree or Diploma** in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

**1-3 years** of experience in piping design, detailing, or a related field in the **oil & gas**, **petrochemical**, or **process industry**.

Proficiency in **piping design principles, codes, and standards** (ASME, ANSI, etc.).

**Hands-on expertise** in at least two of the following software:

- **CAESAR II**:

- **SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)**:

- **AVEVA E3D**:

- **AutoCAD Plant 3D**

Strong **communication and presentation skills**.

**Prior experience in training** (online/offline) is a plus.
- Certification in piping design or engineering software (**preferred**, but not mandatory).
