### Position: Hand-Painted Trousers Artist

**Type**: Freelance/Part-Time/Full-Time

### Job Description

### Key Responsibilities
- Create original hand-painted designs on trousers and denim, ensuring each piece is unique and aligns with the brand’s vision.
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new patterns and themes for each collection.
- Ensure high-quality finishes on all painted garments, maintaining consistency and durability of the artwork.
- Work with various painting techniques and mediums suitable for fabric, ensuring longevity and wearability of the designs.
- Maintain a portfolio of completed pieces and ongoing projects, documenting the creative process.
- Adhere to project timelines and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and artistic techniques to keep our offerings fresh and innovative.

### Requirements
- Proven experience in hand painting on fabric, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- A degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional creativity and artistic skill, with a keen eye for detail and color.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current and emerging trends in both art and fashion.
- Knowledge of fabric types and the appropriate painting techniques and mediums for each.
- Experience in creating durable and wearable painted designs that can withstand regular wear and washing.
