**Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in Selenium with Java/Python, Cypress, and Web Driver is REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in API testing (REST or SOAP).
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL, or other data warehousing/ETL solutions) is REQUIRED.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of ETL pipelines and associated data workflows.

**Desirable Skills**:
Experience building or enhancing test frameworks.
- Exposure to Ansible or similar deployment automation tools is a plus.

**Skills and Expertise**:
Testing Types: API Testing, Functional Testing, Automation
- Testing Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Test Automation Frameworks
- Other Skills: ETL Pipelines, Data Warehousing & ETL Software
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams. Bug Tracking & Reporting: Experience with tools like JIRA or similar.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Automate test plans for APIs, User Interface, and other software components in Hevo’s entire technology stack.
- Work independently and with the team to deliver test plans and test cases successfully.
- Work consistently with a thorough, thoughtful, data-driven approach and incorporate best practices.
- Write automated tests that are maintainable and reusable.
- Constructively identify problems and propose solutions, taking on projects that identify and mitigate risk while measuring software quality.
- Establish good working relationships with team members and peers working on related software.
- Participation in design and code inspections.

**What will set you up for success**

Bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years experience working as an SDET for business / technology-intensive products.
- Prior experience with Selenium with Java/Python, Cypress, Web Driver is REQUIRED.
- Experience writing or enhancing test frameworks is desired.
- A good understanding of databases and/or warehouses is REQUIRED. Experience with Oracle will be an added advantage.
