**Job Title**: QA Automation Tester (Java/Selenium - Contractual)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect existing functionality.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
- Document test results and provide clear and concise feedback to the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in test automation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 7+ years of experience in QA automation testing using Java and Selenium.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
