**Job Overview**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell our finest quality bespoke jewelry and loose gemstones to customers in the US market
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to present our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent client dealing skills
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry options
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers
- Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep updated records of all sales interactions and customer details
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and achieve company goals

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in the US voice process
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Ability to work in the US shift and meet sales targets
- Experience in client dealing and building customer relationships
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection
