Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders - Particularly good presentation and communication skills in English (additional German knowledge is a plus) - Highly organised and self-driven worker with strong analytical skills - ITIL Processes (Incident-, Problem-, Change-Management) - Professional with >2 years of work experience in a global IT organisation.
