Our aim is to create an ongoing opportunity for gig talent allowing them to work from any location and set their own work-life balance focusing on projects they feel passionate about.For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT Owner based in Bengaluru, India, to join the project as a contractor.This role combines business analysis, development, and DevOps responsibilities. The IT Owner will be responsible for all IT-related tasks and decisions for a product, ensuring robust delivery and ongoing support. It is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and can bridge business and technical domains. The IT Owner will define and test requirements, support users, write automated test cases, maintain data pipelines, and ensure the product’s operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the IT owner for product, accountable for all IT-related decisions.Define and test requirements, support users, report bugs, update documentation, and communicate changes.Write automated test cases and scripts, analyze user statistics, and challenge vendor decisions.Maintain data pipelines, fix alerts, and update disaster recovery plans.Profile & Skills:General Profile: Mix of business analyst, developer, and DevOps.Business Analyst + Tester (50%):Must: Requirements engineering, test engineering, user-friendly mindset.Should: Experience with API tools, REST APIs, software architecture, API documentation, Excel.Nice to have: Test automation, experience with ChatGPT or Copilot.Developer (35%):Must: Skilled in Python, Java, C#, SQL.Should: Experience writing API calls, data modelling, debugging, Excel.Nice to have: Parallel/asynchronous programming, API development, VBA/PowerQuery for Excel, Stargate/Foundry development.DevOps (15%):Should: Experience with Azure DevOps, sFTP viewers.If you are interested, apply here or sign-up on our website.
