Colors Rishtey is now venturing into the creation of original content. This expansion involves the development of new and exclusive shows. The channel's programming encompasses a diverse mix of fiction and non-fiction content, spanning genres such as drama, comedy, reality shows, and more.

**What will you do?**:

- ** Pre-Production**:Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and the Content Head to formulate the Content Strategy for the Platform. Conduct research and conceptualize ideas that align with the defined Content Strategy. Partner with Creative Directors to identify suitable external talent, including writers, directors, and production houses, for executing the envisioned concepts. Support the transformation of concepts into impactful series in collaboration with the selected external talent teams. Supervise logístical arrangements and preparatory measures for shoots, such as location scouting, equipment testing, talent scheduling, and securing necessary clearances
- ** Production**:Effectively oversee in-house/external production teams to ensure the timely delivery of the required content
- ** Post-production**:Exercise vigilant supervision of editing processes to ensure alignment with the intended concept and overall vision for the show. Collaborate extensively with the Marketing and OAP teams to devise a potent communication strategy for the shows, aiming to bolster customer adoption and elevate the brand's image. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Directors, Writers, Production Houses, and Actors, nurturing collaborative partnerships
- Individuals who have worked within the realm of an OTT brand will be preferred
