- Project planning & Scheduling in SAP
- Track deviation and rdelay with regards to the project schedule / progress and support with valid points
- Provide Project Progress Reports : Monthly, Weekly as an when required for review including consolidated progress report for all sites
- Mapping of approved CAPEX in SAP by creating project code, WBS, Cost Plan and Schedule
- Project Closure, updation after verifying with the site team and documentation
- Project Capitalisation in coordination with Finance.
- Evaluate critical point for each project and suggest mitigation for the same.
- Monitor cost to ensure overrun from the budgets are avoided.
