Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products with a clear focus on projects.
Cover all projects in the tricity area of Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula, and be open to traveling to other locations as required.
Cultivate relationships with architects, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in projects, leveraging existing networks and building new connections.
Maintain a proven track record of successful engagement and conversion of project leads into sales opportunities.
Report daily to management in the required format, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay informed about projects underway in and around the tricity area, and effectively prioritize target projects.
Plan and execute effective travel strategies to cover maximum territory and engage with key stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports to the manager, highlighting progress towards targets and any deviations from the plan.
Effectively plan and manage expenses, submitting claims in the desired format specified by management.
**Requirements**:
Minimum graduate degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in projects marketing with background in electrical industry, with a focus on switchgear or LED products preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful project engagement and conversion.
Ability to report daily to management and provide updates in the required format.
Willingness to travel extensively to cover projects in the tricity area and beyond.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
