**Responsibilities**: - Collaborate closely with international clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and work is delivered within the stipulated timeframe and budget. - Liaise with international clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. - Break down projects into actionable tasks and set realistic timeframes. - Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues that arise, and keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and documentation of client interactions. - Coordinate with in-house teams and outsourced teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Create marketing strategy documents to guide the team's activities and ensure alignment with client objectives. - Setup and coordinate Meta Business Suite for effective project management and communication. - Collaborate on App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities to enhance visibility and rankings. - Manage social media platforms and implement social media management strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. - Display a proactive "can do, will do" attitude in accomplishing tasks and meeting project deadlines. **Requirements**: - Proven work experience of at least 1 year as an international project coordinator in marketing or a similar role. - Solid communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Strong client-facing and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse international clients and internal teams. - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Basecamp, Trello, or similar platforms. - Expertise in marketing activities such as creating marketing strategy documents, Meta Business Suite setup, ASO & SEO, and social media management. - Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues and find effective solutions. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Work from home Schedule: - Evening shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - How soon can you join if you get selected? - What is your current CTC? - What is the expected CTC? - What is your notice period? if any. **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
