Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to teach and guide students/professionals in digital marketing tools, techniques, and strategies. The trainer should be able to deliver engaging sessions both online and offline and help learners build industry-relevant skills for real-world job roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Sessions:
Curriculum Development:
Design and update course materials, assignments, and projects based on the latest industry trends and tools.

Hands-on Demonstrations:
Provide live demonstrations on tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.

Student Engagement:
Guide, mentor, and resolve queries of students during and after class sessions. Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct quizzes, tests, and practical projects to assess students’ understanding and provide constructive feedback.

Job Readiness Preparation:
Help learners build strong portfolios and prepare for interviews by conducting mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance sessions.

Live Projects:
Assist students in working on real-time projects or simulated environments to build practical exposure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing.

Strong command over digital tools and platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, WordPress, etc.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience as a trainer/instructor is preferred.

Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta) is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:
Patience and passion for teaching.

Ability to simplify complex concepts.

Up-to-date with latest digital trends and tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,658.30 - ₹39,767.05 per month

Schedule:
